If you purchased an annual license, then yes, you can still use Ultimeter in its full capacity even after your licence expires. However, you will no longer be able to receive updates or support for the plugin.

If you purchased a lifetime license then your license will never expire!

Generally yes. All our licences come with an additional one you can use within a development environment, for free. This means that if you develop using a localhost domain, or TLDs/subdomains that are clearly development environments (*.dev, *.local etc) you will be good to go.

If you have any questions, or cannot get a development licence to work, just let us know.

Absolutely. If during the next 30 days you experience an issue that makes Ultimeter unusable and we are unable to resolve it, we'll happily consider offering a full refund of your money.

We test Ultimeter on multiple themes and environments. As long as the theme you choose is well-coded and adheres to WordPress standards, Ultimeter will work.

However, we can't test with every theme, so if you run into any issues, just let us know. Sometimes we have to make really minor tweaks to make Ultimeter play perfectly with others. Which we love doing.

Yes, your subscription will renew automatically every year, unless you cancel it. If you do decide to cancel it, your licence will still be valid for the paid-for period; this means you will still receive updates and support during that time.
